Select oversized products will ship via LTL Courier. This is a network of independent couriers across Canada.
Shipping Timelines
All products ship from our Markham, Ontario warehouse. Orders ship Monday to Friday and orders placed before 2pm ET usually ship the same day. Customers can expect approximately 1-3 business days for products to reach Manitoba, Ontario or Quebec. Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland may experience approximately 5 to 7 business days for arrival.

Flexible high-purity OFC copper conductor and silver-plated connectors
The "Connect it DS" signal cables use high-quality high-purity OFC copper. Due to the small capacity, they are perfect for phono applications. Shielding is done with an OFC copper helix with a carbon-saturated conductive subsheath that provides perfect protection but also great cable flexibility. All DS-Line connectors use silver-plated contacts, which offer higher conductivity with the lowest contact resistance compared to gold. As you may know from your silverware at home, silver can oxidize. Don't worry, this is only an optical problem, because silver oxide is just as conductive as silver itself
